Nigel Godrich to produce Q Tip’s album

Nigel Godrich is well known as a great producer of alternative records. He used to be considered as the 6th Radiohead and he also cooperated with Beck, Air, Travis and more! Now Nigel will produce the next album of rapper Q Tip. In his interview for Los Angeles Times, Q Tip revealed that he will work with Nigel.
What Q Tip said
Q Tip told about Godrich: “He’s a big fan of rap,” “It’ll be cool working with him. We’re going to make a film out of the project too.” and he added “He’s just on some real hip-hop. It’s gonna be a lot of sampling. He’s really dope!” .
Nigel Godrich had a huge success in downbeat albums but never tried a hip hop album till now. This will be his first experiance. Hope he will succeed, once more!
